The Geochemistry division in Callao - Lima is currently looking for professionals to fill the Customer Service position:

Customer Service Executive

Duties:

- Ensure the execution of the service throughout the value chain as defined with the client, generating and strengthening their loyalty, as well as identifying opportunities for service growth in current clients.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the mining market, in the physical preparation and geochemical analysis of mineral samples (for geology, exploration and mining operation areas).
- Coordinate with clients and internal areas the review and assurance of the service (review and coordination of deadlines, technical support regarding laboratory methods, resolution of non-conformities or incidents and others).
- Create commercial proposals.
- Estimate the flow of samples from current clients.
- Collect customer payments, if required.
- Review and send appraisals and corresponding billing.
- Coordinate meetings and internal/external visits to clients.

Requirements:

- Professionals in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Pure Chemistry (mandatory).
- Advanced level of English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 04 years experience in commercial areas in as customer service, after-sales or sales or similar (mandatory).
