Functions:
- Develop and consolidate the annual R&D project plan in collaboration with the responsible areas, ensuring compliance with the guidelines related to the company's innovation strategy.
- Organize the technical evaluation of projects through the group of technical experts, ensuring adequate documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of R&D projects using control tools to track progress, activities, and budget execution.
- Collect, review, and structure technical and financial information from responsible areas to support project approval, extension, or closure.
- Conduct technology trend and benchmarking analyses to identify new opportunities for innovation in the energy sector.
- Support and coordinate external collaborations with universities, suppliers, startups, and other institutions.
Requirements:
- Professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Administration, Economics or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in research and technological innovation or coordination of technological projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is essential.
- Proficiency in English language at advanced level.
- Knowledge of Chinese at a basic level desirable.
- Knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring and financial control.
