Graduate Management Trainee Program Overview

At Backus, we believe in investing in our future leaders. The GMT program is an intensive 12-month rotational training which attracts the brightest, most driven graduates and nurtures their talent by giving relevant experiences right from the start. Our goal is to find people who can take on challenging positions early in their career and who have the potential to become our future leaders. We achieve this by training the GMTs through an intensive cross functional program before their first role, where they will get a profound knowledge into every aspect of the business.

GMT Program Details:

The program starts with a briefing/induction training from our business unit: Perú, explaining company’s culture, strategy, structure, and values. As part of the program, you will rotate into different areas, for example, marketing, sales, supply, logistics, Transformation, etc and you will have to develop a project that will be assigned in each area. We focus on develop a deep understanding of our operational scope, as we call, “business real life”, part of the program intends to “shadow” managers, leads, specialists of certain areas.

Upon 12 months rotational program, successfully accomplishment, you will be ready for your next challenge. It could take you on an entry-level management position in any function/structure depending on your profile, interest, and results. You will also receive a mentor from the executive team starting your first position, within after 12 months of excellence performance, we expect you to be ready to take on your next challenge in a more senior management role in the same are or other

Minimum Requirements:
· Graduate degree within no more of 3 years (If you are in the last semester of the career, you will need to have the graduation certificate before August)
· Wiliness for a Geographical Movement: You must be able to relocate in any city of the country, during the training program
· Proficient English level
